Video: Gaucho and TheFork Collaborate to Create a Future-Forward Menu
Gaucho, a premium Argentinian steakhouse brand in the UK, has partnered with TheFork for a decade to offer diners exclusive experiences. In 2023, the two brands came together to create "The Future of Gaucho," a nationwide initiative empowering Gaucho chefs to develop innovative and sustainable dishes
Faced with the challenge of expanding its customer base to include those seeking plant-based and vegetarian options, Gaucho turned to TheFork for its reach and expertise. The initiative was promoted extensively across TheFork platforms, including social media, web banners, the app, and CRM, reaching over 1 million diners.
"Gaucho has been looking to attract new diners and move away from this image of solely being a steakhouse, by introducing various different dishes to the menu such as more vegetarian and plant-based ones. This partnership with TheFork is really key to help boost the appeal to our more socially conscious guests." Alyson Parkes, Sustainability Operations Manager at Gaucho.

Bookings during the initiative via TheFork saw a remarkable 109% increase since the start of the year, highlighting the effectiveness of the collaboration in reaching new diners and driving incremental sales.
The collaboration was also a testament to the creativity and uniqueness that can result from a strong partnership. Gaucho and its dedicated TheFork Account Manager worked closely to develop the initiative, tailoring it to Gaucho's unique brand and goals.
"The collaboration with TheFork is key to our success. It’s really important that we drive new diners bringing extra exposure to any new menus and special events that we have at Gaucho. TheFork is a great platform to give us extra exposure." - Shadow Jackson, Reservations Manager at Gaucho.
